Ingredients:
1lb Shrimp
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Grits
1 cup Milk
Green Onions (garnish)
Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper
I cooked the shrimp with the tomatoes and pepper. I cooked the grits according to the directions. Then I added the milk and cheese.
Simple.
